Dr. La Monte McNeese is an educationist and apostolic apologist set for the defense of the gospel. He is anointed to train Bible students to defend their faith through exegesis and hermeneutical research. 

 He is the ghost writer of 17 manuscripts including The Greatest Quotes of the Walking Bible and Jesus the Ultimate Ology by the early Dr. Johnny James.  As a businessman, Dr. McNeese is both ghost writer and agent for UK football legend Nate Northington, and the manuscript Still Running. Northington made American College sport’s history by becoming the first black football player in the SEC.

 In the years 2014 and 2019, Pastor McNeese was recognized in the general assembly of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. ICEA as an Aida Ford scholar for two of his 11 published works, namely his magnum opus, 25 Traits of Great Bible Teachers and his best-selling volume to date, entitled, That’s NOT in the Bible.   

 He is the historian of the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee and director of its Christian education department.

 Dr. McNeese is a member of the International Society of Christian Apologetics as well as an executive ambassador of the Apostolic Archives International, Joplin, Missouri.  

He is the founder and president of Apologetics Bible College, Clarksville, Tennessee, a certificate granting institute approved by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission.

As a community servant, Pastor McNeese operates multiple 501(c)(3) ministries including a K-12 TANAS accredited homeschool and the highly applauded F.A.I.T.H. Cancer Care Foundation.  

Pastor McNeese holds 3 earned degrees, a Doctor of Philosophy from Christian Bible College, a Bachelor of Biblical Studies and Master of Biblical Studies from International Seminary, Plymouth, Florida, as well as a Doctor of Divinity honoris causia from the same.

 As a young man in 1985, Pastor McNeese began his pastorate in Europe, (West Germany) and assisted the honorable Bishop Norman L. Wagner in establishing the founding of the West Germany District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He was also part of the very first graduating class of the P.A.W. Transformational Leadership Course in the year 2015.

 Dr. McNeese is the legal owner of all of Dr. Johnny James’ intellectual property, which was personally delivered to him by Dr. James through a deed of gift via an attorney in Nashville, TN.

 In the year 2020, Dr. McNeese founded the Apostolic Legends Library (www.apostoliclegends.com) which houses and showcases amazing pieces of historical memorabilia of apostolic luminaires and pioneers.

 In the year 2022, the Apostolic Legends Library was awarded the entire educational library of the Late Bishop Dr. Rufus GW Sanders. The Apostolic Legends Library also is the repository of Dr. McNeese’s quote book series which includes great quote books by Bishop Charles H. Ellis, III, Bishop Clifton Jones as well as Dr. Johnny James and the late bishops James A-1 Johnson and Bishop Clarence Moore. The great quotes series volumes are brought to fruition through Dr. McNeese’s publishing company, I.T.N.O.J. Publishing Consultants, IPC Books, Clarksville, TN.

Through his ONE WAY Clergy and Ministerial Association, established in 2005, Dr. McNeese offers credential and is an overseer of several independent bishops, pastors and churches.

 Pastor McNeese is a book publisher and an accomplished award-winning writer and ghostwriter. He has written 20 books. His latest works include:

 He holds 14 positions within the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee, including F.A.C. Historian and Director of Christian Education.

 Pastor McNeese is eternally grateful to God for the most talented, capable and faithful ministry team that any servant of God could pray for. 

 Dr. McNeese has been married for over 40 years to First Lady Tonette Michelle McNeese. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Princess and LaToya. The McNeeses reside in Montgomery County, Clarksville, Tennessee.
