The ONE WAY Clergy & Ministers Association (OWCMA) is an ecclesiastical covering for Pastors, Ministers and Christian workers of all ranks and titles.  It is also a fellowship for Christians that desire sound biblical counsel, transformational mentoring, life coaching and personal pastoral care.


What is a "Covering"?

While the concept of a "covering" as it relates to an independent minister is not clearly found in scripture and possibly a misnomer, OWCMA members do enjoy a bond of support and assistance.  Many OWCMA members see Dr. McNeese as their pastor or spiritual mentor.  This means they not only adhere to his advice, but they also become a viable member of an international team of educated and anointed ministers.  Through exceptional guidance and practical instruction, members will receive direct support in both managing and developing their ministries.

Our Mission

The Mission of ONE WAY Ministers Association (OWCMA) is to provide specialized support to ministers and church leaders on all levels of Christian ministry.

OWCMA is not a denomination; it is a  networking system for ministers.   Our goal is to provide credentials, confraternity and covering for independent ministries of Jesus Christ, thereby ensuring that they are not leaning to their own understanding but are stable supported and scripturally sound in their effectuation.  There are no governing bodies to fear.  There are no investigations or disciplinary actions to consider. There are no legalistic restraints or man-made dogmas and strongholds to hinder you.

We help ministers and clergy establish their church/organizations, obtain their license/credentials, and receive their degrees and Christian education while allowing them to remain autonomous and faithful to their own affiliation.
